The Spring Term has come around very quickly and it is time again to prepare for the Key Stage 2 Easter Show. This will be the 5th time the show has been held and we are really looking forward to seeing what the children are going to do this year.
Auditions for the show will be in the final two weeks of this term. Mr Brown will be working alongside each class teacher in Key Stage 2 to decide which acts are chosen. If your child would like to audition, they should put together an idea of what they would like to do ready to share with their class. This should just be a taster as we will have further opportunities to practise in the second half of the term.
Acts we have had in the past include: dance, singing, musical instruments, jokes, magic, gymnastics, poetry, art and design, photography, sports skills and drama. Any type of act is welcome to audition as it is a chance for the children to share their talents and hobbies with others.
Even if your child doesn’t want to audition for an act, each class will be taking part as a group so that all children can feel part of the event. Should you have any questions, please see Mr Brown
